Ok, holograms, on paper, where and how...

Remembering im in the UK...

What sort of places do holograms?

I mean like, say ive got 2000 legal documents that i want to get holograms on to make them official sorta thing, anyone understand what I mean?

Where would i go to get this done? And is it expensive? :confused:

There is no such thing as holograms on paper. The material is too porous for that unless you use thick construction paper for your documents or something, and also it isn't reflective enough for holograms to work well.

I think you mean watermarks.

What is a hologram made of? :confused:

Ive seen license's for software that have holograms on them, thats the sort of thing im looking for...

Those are a laser etching in a thin piece of metal that is glued/sewn onto the software box or license, or in the case of CDs it is a really thin etching in the plastic, kind of like CD-TEXT technology except on the other side of the CD.
