Ok help with a Monitor Choice

I was going to get three 144 hzs tnt panels I may still.

This is what I am looking to do. I want to be able to watch blue ray movies on it with no lag.

I want to have nice game play with out lag if I can.

I see others talk about value in getting the right monitor over a vid card but monitors are changing fast now days too. 4k is getting cheaper but the refresh rate is low that will be fixed soon i am sure.
I will be playing games like EQ next, Guild Wars 2, Tomb raider, Bioshock Infinite The wither 3 when it comes out maybe the new skyrim mmo. I thought about trying Metro last night also.

I really like the looks of the high rez monitors but do not want to suffer from not being able to do what I want to do also.
 
honestly, i believe i play at a pretty fast pace. I play CS and i'm cal P. I just upgraded my gaming monitor to an IPS Panel and my scores have actually gone up. I do just as well if not better. I'm using the Asus VN248H
