OK guys, need massive help - only some internet/video not working at home

Netflix and Prime from my TV - not working, says there is a problem, check back later. Youtube from my TV - working great.

On my computer I am typing now - I can get to most internet sites no problem. But to some it gives me some privacy error, and there is not a way to override it on the message.

Any ideas what could be causing this funky situation? Thank you for any help!!!
 
Also can't play Company of Heroes 2 from my PC. This is WACK. Literally nothing changed since yesterday. I reset my router once this problem arose, that did not help at all.
 
Yea Snoopy, I did. But apparently the problem was AT&T had restricted my service because they thought I hadn't paid. So I paid $260 over the phone and it started working again. But its weird, the recording said my last payment they received was on 5/18 for $260! Something is afoot, I have to call those bastids. Weird how only SOME things would not work, others would. Like I could go to some sited (including here) but not others. Nuts.
