I have been flirting with a girl that I really like for about 3 months now. It's been extremely tough to gauge her responses, so I find myself in a grey area when it comes to moving ahead with things, because a real long-term relationship is ver desireable. Some have told me that she likes me, some say the opposite. She doesn't enjoy giving hints I guess. Well, with christmas ahead, I am at a crossroads. I want to get her a gift, but I'm afraid of the many messages certain gifts can come with. A good friend told me that a necklace works every time, but I think it may be a case of too much, too soon. Any one got any ideas?
 
Just ask the girl out, its as simple as that. Cut the flirting BS and grow some testacles and ask her out. If she says no who cares, then you move on to another girl. No fuss no muss.
