ok figured out what is screwing up my win2k now what do i do?

apparently something linked with either winamp or my network neighbor hood is causing my sys to lock up on shut down, some driver loads that isnt disconeecting right. . but i can't get it to shut down correctly so i cant restart it after trying to remove stuff, maybe safe mode is back
