TWO sex-starved Romeos tried to break into a women's prison - because they were sure the inmates would find them irresistible.
The bright-spark duo hit on the idea after one-too-many beers at a nightclub.
This week they were charged with trespass after failing to deliver passion to the women of Maldon's Tarrengower Prison.
A prison source said the men, in their early 20s, clearly had been drinking.
"These guys thought they were God's gift to women," he said.
"We have a hard enough time keeping inmates in, let alone having to worry about keeping people out."
They were caught in the grounds of the minimum security jail in the early hours of April 17.
