keycard??? i've found the dead scientist, killed everything, been everywhere I can find to go. Where's the damn keycard to get into the elevator?

and, no, I haven't figured out how to get in yet.
 
You know, I got really far in FarCry, but never beat it... now I want to go play again! thanks BITCH! 😀
 
Played through the whole game twice, once on challenging and once on realistic, but i still don't remember where the keycard is in that level. I'm pretty sure it's indoors though, either at the room in the beginning or near the area at the end.

I played on realistic, and quit half-way through. It got overly frustrating. But I loved the parts I did finish. It's a whole different game from playing on Easy.
 
i got very far along in the game, then at one point the game wouldnt allow me to crouch anymore, and so my stealth was 100% screwed and made the game entirely unplayable. i quit after not beable to continue. Anyone else have this crouch bug? I wonder if its fixed... I dont feel like starting all over again, i was close to finished bah!
 
Modeps, get your ass back into Farcry and tell me where the stupid keycrd is!

I fix the crouch bug by jumping...

I'm playin on Realistic, of course. They're still pretty dumb at times, plain weird at others. Like when two guys pulled up in a boat, both got out. I shot 1 and the other jumped back into the boat and sped off, spinning in circles...i shot him in the face, he was obviously too traumatized to be allowed to live.
They can be very good shots though. It's suitably difficult 😀

Like I said, i found said scientist. Maybe i'll turn him over, he probably died on it the inconsiderate b@stard.
 
Far Cry was interesting until it began to play like a rehash of kill-the-mutants. I got stuck at the same point. Went all over, couldn't find the keycard for some 2 hours, so I cheated. Didn't cheat again until I reached the last level. Utterly ridiculous...worst end level ever.

It's too bad because this game is great and I want to continue.

Anyone ever play the co-op mod ?
 
You've gone into the bunker like office complex after running through the tree village no?
Kill a few TriGens, then you enter a room where a TriGen jumps into a vent or some such, no?
Corpse on the floor, IIRC it's not beside but actually on him, you walk over to it and get an in-game cinematic where our hero says something like "I found your scientist, but he's not feeling very talkative right now".
Should be it me thinks, I never got stuck on that level so I didn't think much of it.
 
No, i exited the first building, saw a humvee drive up. There a broken one in the same building and a couple of soda machines. I've been all over the tree platforms and i've seen the blue building but the only bridge across is down. Is there a ladder or something? The only other building has a closed door and an elevator with keycard access.

The only trigens i killed were down on the floor of the vivarium.
 
Oh, you haven't gotten into the bunker on the other side of the tree village?
Well, you don't need the keycard for that, you're not supposed to enter via the elevator, you need to find your way to one of the platforms that's connected to the bunker office, took me a few minutess but it's not hard.
