I managed to get a $399 B130 from Dell Outlet, and $459 for a new B120:

Inspiron 1300/B130 Notebook: Intel Celeron M Processor 360 (1.40 GHz/1MB Cache/400MHz FSB)
Certified Refurbished
256 MB DDR2 533MHz SDRAM (1 DIMM)
24X CD RW/DVD Combo Drive
Wireless Card
14.1 inch WXGA Notebook Screen
Internal 56K Modem
Microsoft Windows XP Home
40 GB EIDE Hard Drive (5400 RPM)

Inspiron B120 Notebook: Intel Celeron M 360 (1.40 GHz/1MB Cache/400MHz FSB)
14.1 inch WXGA Notebook Screen
512 MB DDR2 SDRAM 533MHz (2 DIMMs)
40 GB EIDE Hard Drive (5400 RPM)
Intel Integrated 900
24X CD RW/DVD Combo Drive
Internal 56K Modem
Microsoft Windows XP Home
1370 Wireless Card

Just needed something for my wireless network at home for email, basic stuff etc, but about fell over
when I saw a notebook for $399.

The B120 cost less than the B130? How funny. I say the B130 is a nice deal. I'm not a fan of the B120 though because it has a 14" LCD on a 15.4" chassis, meaning you have the drawbacks of the small screen along with the drawbacks of the heavier, chunkier 15.4" laptop size.

Ah well, still cheap.
