Ok Cooling?

I wanted a decent cooler for my 1.4 Athlon I just ordered. I don't plan on any extreme overclocking and did wanted aHSF that would mount thru the motherboard instead of the ZIF Socket Clips. Arctic Silver II on the way too.

Will this be an adequate cooling solution? Any good/bad experience with this HSF?

That should be just fine as long as you have enough airflow in your case.

The cooling u have is OK...good in fact. But cooling on the case is also needed to improve overall temp in ur box. An 80mm inlet fan in the front & a 80mm exhaust at the back should be sufficient.
