OK, can anyone set up a telnet server for me on port 53 & PM me the login/pwd?

I just want to be ftp to some webspace I set up to create the directory structure. I can only telnet out on 53, though...

Refused connection means the other end is not listening on the FTP port.

I think my proxy is killing the FTP session, can anybody set up a telnet server on port 53? I can telnet to there, & then FTP to where I need to go.

I won't need it for long, just to create a few sub-directories in the web-space I'm setting up.
