I have had nothing but horrible experiences the past few months, from the store to online customer support. I placed an order about two hours ago and decided to cancel, and the site says I have one hour. I am on hold for 30-40 minutes and nothing, I hang up. I call and express my concerns about going over the one hour and the operator said oh no worry, even though we close the lines in30 minutes, all calls that have been on hold will be answered past close time. 45 minutes later the phone boots me off and I call back and the operator was like yeah customer service is closed.
