I have had nothing but horrible experiences the past few months, from the store to online customer support. I placed an order about two hours ago and decided to cancel, and the site says I have one hour. I am on hold for 30-40 minutes and nothing, I hang up. I call and express my concerns about going over the one hour and the operator said oh no worry, even though we close the lines in30 minutes, all calls that have been on hold will be answered past close time. 45 minutes later the phone boots me off and I call back and the operator was like yeah customer service is closed.

I avoid them because of the constant nagging over the extended warranty. Everyone knows this.

I notice that so many of these problems are caused by wanting to cancel an order that was just placed.

Why do so many people order something and then change their minds?

Confused BB with BK??? :hmm:

I almost always do my online BB orders to pick up in store. Wait until you get the e-mail saying you can go pick up your order, then call the store and tell them you're cancelling. They can reverse the sale right there on the phone, and save you from dealing with corporate CSR morons. :thumbsup:

That's your problem. Next time only buy something that you actually want.

I'm still holding a grudge with Best Buy for their Black Friday fiasco at my local store... they sent me to the wrong line for my TV, wasting an hour and a half of my time. Bastards!

I will not ever stand in line or wait to hand someone money. Maybe in the grocery or a local small restaurant, but thats a local store. NEVER wait at a big box or big company.

I refuse to shop at walmart because of this. I will pay more...
