i'm 178cm tall (5'11ish i guess), and weigh in at a mighty 63kg or thereabouts...i'm pretty active and toned
Do plenty of arm weights, and work on the farm pretty regularly, so i'm no weakling, but still can't seem to hit a sensible weight...
GP said i should be about 66kg to be a healthy weight for my height, i'd like to hit 70kg...
So far she said eat say 6-8 meals a day, as you get too full to easily with 3, and as many carbs (bread, pasta, potatoe) that i can get, any further advice?
