really frustrating trying to remember these paintings i've seen, so let me describe it

it has three separate panes, far left hell, middle earth, right heaven

any ideas?
 
I'm not sure, but I think a good place to start would be Heironemous Bosch (My spelling is probably totally fux0red on that)

Wow. The funny thing is, I've never really seen a Bosch painting, I've only heard he does religious stuff.
