Sounds like an overzealous prosecutor to me. But at the same time, Simpson got away with some bad stuff before, should not have been trying his luck.

15 years to life on a supposed armed robbery? this is a bit harsh when judging on this specific case alone. however, since we all know that OJ was guilty of the murder, this sort of balances it all out.

He'll get 10-20 years, and he'll be out on parole in 5 years with good behavior.

That's how these things work.

Talk about a makeup call. For this case alone, I don't really have a problem with him taking back what was stolen from him. It sounds like the alleged victims in this case had it coming (but then again, that's probably what OJ thought about the first case too).

I'm liking that Vegas slogan: What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Like W. Snipes (of "Always Bet on Black" fame) he gambled and lost, but at least W.S. AFAIK never killed anyone. OJ just maybe might never leave prison alive. Unless he's placed in a low security facility, another inmate may "juice" him for giggles.

Addendum:

OJ's mistake in Vegas as compared to LA is that he left witnesses alive this time.

i kinda feel bad for the other defendent, especially considering that everyone besides him (and OJ of course) got the "get out of jail" freebies from the DA office.
