Oil Prices vs Gas Prices

As I write this, oil is trading at around $63/barrel.
Can someone confirm what the cost of a gallon of gasoline was about 14 months ago when oil was last in the low $60/barrel price range?
I'm curious to see just how big the discrepancy is between last year and now. Regular gas prices in my area, (south FL), have finally just broken the $3/gal floor. I suspect they should be quite a bit lower by now.
