Iraq made $1.8Billion from oil "surcharges" and humanitarian aid "kickbacks"

Siemens $1.6 Million in kickbacks
Volvo $535,000 in kickbacks
DamlierChryster $7000 in kickbacks

Who says ethics is dead in corporate america? None of these companies are american.

Update on your 'Volvo' reference:

Volvo Construction Equipment -- a separate company from Volvo automobiles, which is owned by the Ford Motor Co. --
paid $317,000 in extra fees to the Iraqi government on a $6.4 million contract.

I'm still reading through it. For the most part US companies were shunned due to the "political leanings" of the US in imposing sactions. The biggest benifits went to French/Russian/European companies. However, the Austrailan Wheat Board was also implicated, though they might not have been delibrately complying.
