Seriously? Maybe a higher being will use this game as an opportunity to prove that he exists by smiting the entire stadium both players and fans alike.

I am (unfortunately) going to have to pull for OSU (under much duress), if anything to shut up all the nonsense about how amazing USC claims to be.

I am pretty sure almost any team would have an advantage in a bowl every year if said bowl was a Home game for them. Maybe the Rose Bowl should be switched to a big ten/SEC matchup and send the PAC-10 down to Florida.

Anyway, here's to fingers crossed that swine flu erupts during the second half.

EDIT: I would just like to state for the record, I searched OSU, USC, Ohio, Trojans, and Buckeyes and didn't find the other thread.

that is annoying. when the cotton bowl moves to jerry world it'll become a BCS game so at least the SEC and Pac10 won't be playing in their home states/cities in every BCS game

Agreed. USC playing at home is pretty f'ing weak. That said, USC is, and has been, pretty damned good. Either way, I'll also have to root for OSU (bummer) tonight. We'll see.

I would love for them to start playing more Northern games. Would love to see how Florida, Texas, and USC would fair playing in Buffalo or Pittsburgh or Boston in the middle of January.

Switch the Rose Bowl to a Big 10/WAC matchup, then the Big 10 might have a chance.
