Let me know how many of the top 100 prospects on the ESPN list signed with a 1-AA school.

I'm not saying 1-AA can't be a good team, but there's a reason why it was the first time in history that a 1-AA team had beaten a ranked team. Be real here, their players are generally not up to the skill level of 1-A teams.

It took a highly overranked Michigan team to lose to a great 1-AA team. Michigan should have never been ranked 5th. But that's why we play the game, no one had reason to believe Michigan was THAT bad.

Either way, this really has nothing to do with it.

I think you forgot Arizona St for Pac-10 since we're talking about who's ranked. But right now I think the whole list of top 25 is full of crap based on how many upsets we've seen in the last two weekends. I doubt i'll be happy with it until 3-4 more weeks.

If you try to daisy chain the they beat them who beat them who beat them argument, you can eventually make a case for anybody....

Cal beat UT at Cal by 14 with two non offensive TDs, while UT's QB had a broken finger. Cal is the 2nd best team in the Pac 1 and UT is maybe 4th or 5th best in the SEC.

Auburn turned it over 5 times against USF and still took them to OT. Auburn can play with most anybody if they aren't turning it over like that. They beat Florida last year with pretty much the same team outside of the O line. Do you think Florida was any good last year?

FSU beating bama isn't really a surprise either, bama's got no depth, they're maybe 5th or 6th in the SEC. That will probably change in the next few years though.

I wouldn't say the rest of the country is beating up on the SEC. Maybe you'd like to explain Notre Dames first win of the season?

There are 4 coaches in the SEC who've won NCs. How many does the Pac 10 have?
