This O Canada was way too hot
By SUN MEDIA
CALGARY -- A high school is offering a $300 reward for the capture of a prankster who spliced 30 seconds of hard-core pornography into the morning O Canada video.
The erotic interruption happened Monday at Calgary's Springbank community high school.
Students usually watch scenic shots of the country as the anthem plays on television monitors in every classroom.
Needless to say, Monday's version made a few jaws drop.
"We're disappointed someone pulled such a tasteless prank," principal Alf Gould said yesterday.
"It was inappropriate for students to view material like this."
Gould said parents are taking the matter in stride and have dismissed the incident as a teenage prank.
"They understand we'll do our best to find the culprits," Gould said.
Student reaction was mixed.
"Some were disgusted and most said 'whatever' and went on with their work," Gould said.
The national anthem video is kept in an area of the library off-limits to students.
Gould said it isn't clear how someone got the tape, tampered with it and slipped it back in without anyone noticing.
If caught the porn prankster faces suspension.
LOL
