I forgot all about Alaska and how big it is. If something bad happens to the United States it's nice to know there is an entire backup country most of us could move to.

It's good they have the nukes. They should build some roads and high speed internets too.

I can forgive the projection, but grey on white with white being used for both the water features and the international boundaries? Plus many of the islands on the map are too small to be useful. There's no reason to even show lakes and rivers on it.
