Oh yeah, I got pulled over last night..

.. So I was driving the family home after my daughter's band concert and eating at Chick-fil-A last night. I pulled onto the final road leading to my house and noticed a sneaky, dirty town cop just parked on a side road, probably up to no good.

Sure enough, after I passed him, he pulled out behind me and hit his Nazi Search Party lights. 🙄 I pulled over and grabbed my licence and Insurance Card (or "papers.") After making me sweat it out for what seemed like hours (it was probalby like 30-45 seconds,) he swaggers over with his "I'm a big man with issues" walk and demands to see my papers. Now, of course, he disguised this threat with a "Good Evening, Sir. May I see your license and proof of financial responsibility?" Oh yeah, he's good. 😡

Then he comes all at me like, "Sir," 🙄 "The reason I pulled you over is that your licence plate light appears to be out." Oh yeah, right! I bet it was fine until the facist knocked it out with his tiny ball-peen hammer! Then he took my papers and said he'd "Be right back." I guess he thinks he's some sort of Terminator or something! :|

So, he goes back to his car and probably start calling his pig-cop buddies and laughing about how I used to have more hair in my driver's licence pic and that I probably use Progressive because I have some sick, twisted fantasies about that Flo chick! God! Just thinking about it make the rage come back. I was going to get out of my van and show him how to really use a night stick, but since I had my kids and wife with me, I knew I couldn't do that, as then he'd have all the reason he needed to rape and kill them, sanctioned by The Force!

After laughing it out and probably stealing my info to commit identity theft later on, he comes goose-stepping back to the van (again, disguising his goose-stepping by using smaller steps and bending his knees - clever bastard) and gives me back my stuff. Then, he has the nerve to tell me that "I should get that fixed when I can." And that "the bulbs are really inexpensive and easy to replace." Now he's insulting my income and mechanical abilities! How do they get away with this shit!?! We pay their salaries!!!! Then he tells me to "Drive carefully" and to "Have a good night." Oh, like I can have a good night knowing he and his cronies are out there with my info, probably circling my house, looking for ways in.

Knowing that saying anything I wanted to say would probably earn me a beating, I force a "Thank you, officer" through my teeth. Then he backed out and blocked traffic so I could get back on the main road. That was just his little way of letting everyone know that I was "His." 🙄 Needless to say, it looks like we're moving ever closer to a Fascist Police State Distopia every day, with power-hungry pigs and their power-hungry Gestapo 1984 Orwellian.. bastard.. pig.. goose-steps.. donuts.. GAHHH! 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡

Cliffs:

Need to replace my plate light bulb
Some of ATOT has a weird anti-cop attitude.

I have nothing against cops but just like when racists make fun of people who call them out for it for being sensitive, your strategy isn't effective. Because, at the end of the day, making someone look silly or stupid for pointing out a problem (racism, police brutality, etc) doesn't mean the problem doesn't exist.

I know a guy that owns a bar down the road that sits on a good amount of land. He was kind enough to let me shoot my bow there so I did so every day for months. One cop pulled me over for almost anything you could think of. The first time I was pulled over I told him I didn't drink I was just shooting my bow.
I put up with this for 5 stops before I asked for his badge number so I could talk to his supervisor😡 I was diving a 4 month old F150 and was pulled over for bad tail lights 4 out of the 5 times and the other time it was for not having plates on the truck..... with a plates applied for from the dealer on the back:ninja:

Made me wonder if they are to serve and protect or just make money.
