So we bought Photoshop CS something or another for Windows and it's telling me a software update is available. The only way to find it is via Adobe Cloud nonsense. It doesn't let you save the update for offline install, nope, its assumes your on a fast network 24/7 and can install it right there and then.

Sorry Adobe, we all don't have blazing fast speeds 24/7. So my question is (finally right), where the hell does Adobe store software updates. Been looking all over and it's nowhere to be found.

Thanks

Every Adobe creative software product I've ever installed had updates immediately. If your CS "something or other" has a number up to six, you get updates from Adobe. If you have Photoshop CC, better get used to cloud living.

It does help to know which Photoshop CS you have. And you really do not need to check for updates to Photoshop. If it is working as it is and you are satisfied, then just disable the update check. There really is not much to fix in Photoshop

Here is a link to Photoshop CS2 updates ... about 13MB
