Oh this is just PEACHY! Looks like im getting f-ed by cyberwings AGAIN!

This is nice, to rebuild my cyberwings accounts i need the transaction numbers from the orders i placed. Both of mine were in emails on my computer before it crashed a few months back and i no longer have them. I did have printouts of them but didnt think i would ever need them again because i was trouble free for 2 months. Anyway, On cyberwings page it says this:

"Transaction number: You can obtain this information as follows:
Paypal transaction numbers: Login to your Paypal account and choose history.
2checkout.com: Email support@2checkout.com and request confirmation/transaction numbers. "

I email 2checkout with a nice professional email asking for my transaction numbers.

What was there responce?

"Contact Cyberwings for details of your account, they have full access to
this information.

Just GREAT. Looks like im f-ed, arent i? 2 for 1 3.95 here i come... Guess its better that i host all 4 of my accts with one company, makes it easier in the end

Just recieved another email from 2checkout.com asking them if they knew Shawn was saying to email them about the #'s...

"I am aware of what their site says and he has been notified to change this.
He has full access to all the orders and would do the same thing I have to
do to find the order numbers. We have thousands of Merchants and can not
spend this time on all his thousands of customers. If you have problems
getting him to help you, please let me know and I will take higher action.
