So last Thursday I got all 4 wisdom teeth out. The problem is, my jaw still hurts like hell, so I am taking Vicodin and Motrin for that. Well today that didn't work, so I took another about 3 hours later. Dear lord, this is one hell of a headache + dizziness.

It doesn't turn out this badly for everyone. I bled for 8-12 straight hours, but after that I was fine. No pain, ate Taco Bell the next day.
I felt like I got gypped, because it seems I have a high tolerance for Vicodin, it did nothing for me.

It is helpful to stay awake during the procedure. The recovery is quicker.

I was fine after a couple of days. A bit sore but not terribly.

The doctor probably torqued your jaw to hell wretling with your teeth.

Wow, that sucks dude. I was fine the next day. Never had any headaches or anything either. Just some blood.

Same here. I have a high tolerance for anything. I usually need 3x the normal dose for Novicane and stuff like that.

Call your dentist and get some percocet. Then when you go to pick that up get a bottle of red wine. You wil be doing fine after that.

Sounds to me like you might have an infection. I would call the doctor and see what he thinks. I had all four cut out and two other teeth at the same time and had no pain that night. Swelling is normal but pain for that long isn't.
