Last fall a TruGreen guy is walking door to door.
He stops and says that he notices I have crabgrass and showed me their lawn care services.

He said that as long as I signed up before spring, my first application would be a pre-emergent, which would prevent the crabgrass from sprouting.

Well, I have crabgrass everywhere!

I called their customer support and the lady told me "Oh sorry. We can't treat crabgrass."
I canceled my service and am now waiting on them to refund my last application.

Sooo... apparently the only thing they do with their standard service is kill dandelions and fertilize?

Buyer's remorse...

crabgrass should be prevented with the pre-emergent if done properly. About all they could do now is spray round up on the crabgrass, which of course will leave your yard spotted.
