I just came home for lunch and found out the OH SNAP! Apartment staff went inside my apartment without notifying me.

That's not what really tick me off. But they had the nerve to move my stuff. It took me 30 minutes to find where my 5 pounds of Protein shake went.

I'm not sure what else they moved or stolen. I believe they even went through my stack of VHS Porn that I am ready to throw away.

Can I sue these guys for coming in and moving my stuff and drinking beer at my apartment without even leaving a note? They must think I'm one of those illegal Korean massage parlor worker.

not true. if there is a emergancy they have every right. such as a water leak or even suspected water leak. anything that may damage the apartment.

They came to check out the Fridge and the garbage disposal.

How did I know? Assholez left the Fridge door open and moved my dirty dishes away from the sink! I should have counted my beer, never thought someone might come in and steal my beer just like in those Beer commercial.

Yeah...unless it was for an emergency...that's a big no-no.

what does your lease say? generally, they have to give you notice to come in. in an emergency, however, they may come in. fridge and garbage disposal don't look like an emergency, could be a water leak though.

How about your lease? What does it say about them going in?

5lbs of protein shake should be pretty big. You have a whole lot of stuff??

I should have believed the reviews. That's what I get for trying to save $600 a month in rent.
