Oh snap. My company finally emailed out about our Christmas party. I thought it would be something lame (we're a startup), and I guess most people didn't have much faith, thinking we would probably just do some luncheon thing or whatever.
My mom felt bad for me or whatever and put me on the list for her company party (another startup that's a few times larger than my company) which is next Friday. I'm reading my email and I see our party is Saturday.
There were complaints today where people were like "WTF, I signed up for my wife's company party on the same day thinking there would be nothing for us since nothing has gone out yet and it's already pretty late."
Well lucky me. I shall feast two dinners in a row. The last time I went to a company party it was a preparty for my friend and I to go to the club since it was already in the city. Hahahaha.
