Beautiful new Zire 72 worked fine for 2 weeks. Now when I turn it on the screen lights but nothing is displayed. It still makes sounds and stuff when buttons are pushed but nothing shows up Very sad. If they replace it it will be with a factory refurb. I hate manufacturers who have that policy.

Where'd you buy it? Maybe the store will take it back? Although 2 week is a long time, some places do have 30 day return policy.

buy.com but I just threw out the box a couple days ago.

buy.com has 20 day from warehouse policy, but if you threw out the box you're SOL.
