In two months I'm suppose to close on a home. But I just found out our agent forgot to upgrade our cabinets not to mention I totally forgotten about it myself. I'm a fvcktard. Builder already moved the cabinets into our home but haven't install them. I'm so screw!!! All this time, thought I had Cherry wood cabinet to match everything else in my home only to find out now that they'll install some crappy oak wood cabinets. Sheeeetttt!!!! Thanks for reading.

Hold the agent responsible for the error. Thats what you are paying him for yes maybe you should have reminded him, but it all boils down to it is his job.

Agent had me go over all the upgrades prior to signing an agreement form. They had so much things on the papers that I had gotten all about the cabinets. But had always thought I had them to the list. So I digged up my list on the agreement and found no cabinet on the list
