That shot is very painful, and they do it TWICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Actually my roomate said that that they now spray something on your foot and it makes it hurt a lot less

I used to get them all the time on both big toes. I just did some stretching, sat down, and started cutting away at the side of the nail. I found that wearing losser fitting shows helps eleviate the problem.

DUDE< that sucks. Gotta be carefull on how you cut your toe nails. I used to round off my big toes. Unfortunatly, I got an ingrown toe nail on each big toe. Doctor had to remove em, talk about PAINFUL. Basically he injects novacaine into each toe and then cuts straight back down the nail pulling out the nail completely on that one side of your toe.

Errrr, I'll never do that again. Live and learn 🙂

Moral of this story is, don't round off your toenails!
