i have a big fat pimple on my nose. one of those that you can't really see, but hurt like HELL...ahhhhh. (i hope it doesnt turn in to one that you CAN see)
 
old college trick.

put toothpaste on it. just regular light greeen paste, none of that fancy stuff. Very little bit. Go to bed and wake up. Repeat till its dried out.
