Yeah, you can put it before you go to work. But if it's a long day at work don't expect to come to house and relax right away, you gotta open the window to get the smell of that spray out.

Take your matress off of your bed and stand it up on it's side before you set off the Bug Bomb. Anything living between the matress and the box stpring would be nice and safely insulated from the gas otherwise. Also take off all your sheets, pillow covers, blankets, etc. and wash them while you set off the bomb (you want to attack every possible place they can live at the same time).

So when someone says "Goodnight, don't let the bed bugs bite", it really does have meaning in this situation.

Check your lease contract. Your apartment/landlord may be obligated to provide pest control. Just don't say what it is for, and have someone come in and spray. Setting off a bug bomb in the bedrooms would also be a good idea. Move the beds and any furnature around the beds and vacuum everything really well, including your matress, box springs, and all the carpet. The goal here is to suck up any bugs and eggs. Keep your clothes off the floor, and in closets and drawers. Wash your bed linens in HOT water, with bleach if they are white. Wash them regularly, like every two or three days. Keep cleaning, vacuuming, and washing until the problem is gone. If you don't manage to get rid of the critters in a couple of weeks, I would recommend calling a professional.

Wash all sheets/clothes like you did, and move all furnature out of its place and vacuum the joint. I did this to my room the other day and I had to empty out the vacuum cleaner thingy about 10 times (I kid you not). It's easier to breath on my room now. :p

That is just nasty.

Wash ALL of your clothing, bedding, towels, pillow sheets, everything!!!

Steam shampoo clean whatever your entire apartment.

Buy some bug bombs (there are instructions on the package), 2-3 should cover a decent sized apartment.

I would definitely do more research as someone else said. If they are fleas and not bed bugs, it's likely they're around your building somewhere as well. Setting off a bomb on the inside of your house would be an exercise in futility. I had an infestation of fleas a few years ago when I brought them into my home from the grass outside. The neighbor had a dog who had fleas, and the bastards migrated to my place.

Anyway... don't just go wantonly distributing noxious chemicals around your home.

it MIGHT be scabies
i would really suggest going to the ER and have them check
google scabies if you are interested in symptoms
i had it before, and yo uare a ton more itcy at night
