Oh no! Need your advice (RAM)

Oh dear... I really wish I had found this forum before I ordered my Athlon 64 system, because it looks like I'm probably going to be having some trouble when I build it.

I opted for the Asus K8V SE Deluxe, mainly because the Asus name has always represented quality and STABILITY to me (I did do some research too, but practically every review I found was positive). Looks like things have changed a bit with this generation of motherboards.

In any case, I'm concerned that the RAM I chose is not going to get along with the Asus board very well, since it isn't on the Asus or OCZ compatibility chart. The exact name is OCZ EL DDR PC-3200 Dual Channel (2x256MB), timings are 2-3-2-6, and the part # is OCZ400512ELDC-K. Has anybody else here attempted to use this RAM with their K8V (SE)? It would be very helpful to hear what your experience was like, just in case I have to prepare for the worst (ie either changing the MB or shelling out the bucks for the certified OCZ enhanced bandwidth platinum).

Thanks very much,
Al
