Well it looks like he has a medical reason.

My kids have moved on. I remeber the trauma that happened due to Steve leaving blue's clues

hah yeah my kids are past em too. Occasionally the 3yr old will watch some old show of theirs, but its few and far between.

When Steve left Blues Clues, my wife and I banned it. Joe sucks. Steve was perfect.

My kids have moved on as well.

The last time the Wiggles came to Atlanta they weren't even the Wiggles. Just a bunch of different guys made up like the Wiggles. The time before that, Greg had gotten fat and was wearing a yellow t-shirt instead of the yellow long-sleeve shirt and had giant sweat stains under his armpits.

they dont where the long sleeves in concert... gotta be way too freaking hot. We ALMOST got suckered into that "Wiggles Friends" tour or whatever the hell it was. Was borderline marketed as a Wiggles show, but was just Dorothy, Wags etc. My kids would have been crushed at the time.

Thank god for Star Wars, that's all the 5yr old wants now :)

Believe it or not, they do wear the long sleeves in concert. I didn't take my kids to the concert (tickets were way too expensive) but I saw a picture the next day in the paper and Greg was the only one is short sleeves.

Those two and Handy Manny are my kids current favorites on the Disney channel.

well I know I have a few videos where they are all in short sleeves. Regardless, yeah Greg ballooned up there for a while for sure. Was a good show for the kids, sad it ends like that. Guy has to be heart broken.

Oh man that damned Handy Manny... My kids love that too and Mickey's Clubhouse. They loved the Little Einsteins for a while, then faded quickly.

Did you know Manny is Wilmer Valderrama?

Well, he can't stay as Fez forever. Then his life would end up like Justin Diamond (Screech).

something about a womanizing, hollywood party machine hosting/voicing a kid's show on Disney though...

It's expected to be that Wiggles lead singer Greg Page is quitting the band. He's been undergoing medical treatment since June after experiencing fainting spells and lethargy. But doctors aren't sure what's wrong with him. (from the article)

He's got the aids.

Thats why you have to stick to sesame street. I saw Sesame street live last week with my 3 year old. If Grover died inside the suit you wouldn't know it. Just have someone else put it on. The show must go on!

My kids never REALLY got into SS. Wife and I tried and tired, but they would only watch it in passing. Very odd.

My little girl like Elmo and that's about it. My 5-year old doesn't like Sesame Street at all anymore.

Unfortunately it's not The Doodlebops going away. That show gives me the creeps.

Speaking of creeps, I find myself strangly attracted to DeeDee. Help me...

Haha, this thread is just funny to hear that you guys are in the same boat as me. My soon to be 3 y.o daughter has quickly become a Dora fan, after being a Barney addict for the past year. So after I come home, she runs up to me and I yell "Swiper, no swiping !!!" I modify the tagline during diaper changes to "Diaper, no wiping!!!".
