Oh-My-ZShell doesn't open tab in same directory.

I'm running Elementary OS, based on Ubuntu.

I have oh-my-z-shell and say that I'm in the /bin directly.

When I open a new terminal tab I want it to open the new tab in the same directory ( ex. /bin )

Right now it opens up any new tabs in my home directory.

Any idea how to get the tab to load in the same directory as the terminal window that called it?
