Oh My! Tom's hardware shows off P4 3.6GHz!!!!!

Lol in cases like these, i find Tom to be really pathetic. He takes a processor and overclocks it to death in order to give us a "glimpse" of the future. What a moron. He is only doing it to draw attention to his site...
 
daywalker, I'm curious, what's wrong with that? In many cases, that's exactly what the future holds for us - higher clocked versions of CPUs that will be exactly the same as current ones(perhaps a die shrink and extra voltage here and there, but otherwise no impact on performance). While nobody is sure if that will be the case with the P4, or whether or not there will ever be a P4 Northwood 3.6GHz, or if there will be another version of the P4 by then, it does indeed give us a "glimpse of the future", doesn't it?
