I tried calling Dell today to send back an HP printer the was the wrong model number.

On their invoices two phone numbers are listed, one above another.
Cust Service: (877)773-3355
Tech Support: (800)624-9896

Well, being the dixlesic that I am, I transposed the 800 and the 877, and ended up calling (800)733-3355. Needless to say, that wasn't Dell

Heh, heh, Blue Cross in Michigan accidently printed the wrong number on a manual a few years back. Dial the number and get someone saying "Down your knees scumbag!!!" at least the message was appropriate for their level of service.........
