Sorry, all i have on me is my cell phone... but wow... i cant wait to dig in!

Anyways, this might seem "weird" for some people, but let it be known that the "lechon" (or whole pork) is part of hispanic culture. Tastes and smells FANTASTIC and it's guaranteed to make you want to over-eat!

This is one of the most impressive one's I've ever seen. Now I'm sharing pics with you guys!

Merry xmas :)

I had one of these whole pigs at a Filipino party once. I was kind of weirded out but it was really good.

I got to be honest... Doesn't look AMAZING, but I'm sure it's going to taste spectacular!

Normally as a vegetarian I don't care if people eat meat. But to do something as disgusting as the OP has done (entire animal on the table)... that is just shameful.

tokie... whats shameful is that you deny your biology as a human and don't eat meat.

But yea, I understand the culture shock :)

What the hell is the difference between part of an animal versus the whole thing. Whole pig roast = awesome + crispy pork skins.

Mashing up soy beans and calling it dairy is shameful.

I can't eat anything that looks like it was alive. Not because I feel bad for the animal, just because it disgusts me. I only eat steak off the bone. I only eat chicken breast, or anything without a bone. I can't see dead birds on my plate. I don't eat pork anyway, but I think that would gross me out.

Wow, I can see people here don't like vegetarians. Ok, let me clarify: I have no problem if someone is eating a steak or something similar (a small, personal size of meat), because that is their decision to do so. But I would get offended if someone brought an entire animal that looked like road kill and plopped it on the table. Even if I wasn't a vegetarian, that would gross me out.
