Unless you live on the North Pole, I refuse to believe there is no Cingular store less than 4 hours away from you.

I could have told you that Cingular sucks long before Friday.

Unless you are staring someone down while they are doing something... it doesn't get done.

Word of caution... pay your bills online or in person at a store. Or you can start sending checks and watch which ones never clear your bank. I ended up in line with 2 other people who's checks magically dissappeared en route to Cingular, waiting at a mall kiosk to pay a bill + late charges. It was at this point when I realized that I wasn't forgetting to send the checks in, or they weren't getting lost... but were probably just ignored or on the floor somewhere so that they could get some money in late charges.

The SIM is for Cingular's network, it doesn't matter where you bought the phone.

SO you have a phone through cingular but you cannot use them for support since you got it at a non cingular store? That makes no sense.....

Word of caution isn't just for Cingular, Countrywide lost my mortgage payent twice before I gave up and started paying by internet. I pay all the bills I can by internet by choice anyway. Who wants to buy stamps anyway. Also, cingular has always fixed every problem I have thrown at them in prompt time. I will stay with them.

that's why i either pay online or check by phone. I would hate going through all that!
