Did you get Alien Crossfire?

Alpha Centuari with Alien Crossfire was awesome! I was sad to see some of the ideas did not carry over into Civ3. However, a bit of the unit customization idea has carried into Civ4, though done differently. All of them are addictive.

QFT, Alpha Centauri is great. I never liked the Civilization games however, and the Alien Crossfire expansion kind of screwed up the balanced system that was there before. Aki-Zeta 5 is way too strong.

I tried Civ4 for a day, spent about 6hrs total playing that day. The next day I had to delete the game because I knew i'd be way too addicted to it I'll reinstall it again after the semester ends hehe.
