The Richmond PD released an amber alert late yesterday. THey should have done it the day she went missing.

Richmond PD should have taken up the case right away rather than wait for the inept VCU police to hand it over to them after almost 2 weeks.

What is the point of issuing an amber alert after 2 weeks.
