Oh man, OD'ing on caffene is not that cool

I had to drive from Olympia, WA to Klamath Falls, OR today after a big big backpacking weekend and around Eugene, OR I stocked up on a 16oz coffe and two 20 oz Rockstar energy drinks. Well, I got to Klamath Falls fine (after avoiding 12 deer!) but now I can't go to sleep due to the freaking caffene shivers! I've got a pit in my stomach and my brain won't settle down!

I guess this is the penalty I get for not drinking coffee regularly! I've got to get up in 3 hours!

I drank so much coffee on a 5 hour drive once it gave me the worst stomach pains I ever had and slight hallucinations. Oddly enough, the only thing that fixed my stomach pains was beer. Downed 12 in about an hour and a half and went to bed.

I ate 1050mg of caffeine in the form of 7 turbo truffles once..

That was not a fun experience. Never again.

I had 800mg of caffeine from Vivarin (after drinking probably another 800mg throughtout the day) and promptly went to bed and slept for 12 hours. Solid, deep sleep.

Use it too much and it becomes worthless.

most i've had is 6 cups of coffee which is over 1000 mgs of caffeine. feels like your head is in the clouds but man coming down off that high is miserable.

Been there... but not on purpose.

We were playing cards one night, and since I'm not a big drinker I volunteered to be the Designated Driver.

As the night went on, I kept drinking Mt. Dew, one right after the other... never paying attention to just how many I'd consumed.

By the time we'd crowned a winner... I was shaking uncontrollably, not voilently, closer to a shiver.

Next time... water.
