Okay, I'm trying to avoid dry-socket like mad, following every little instruction that the dentist gave me. Such as salt water rinses, no sucking/smoking, regular replacing of gauss (sp?), and being very careful with eating. He didnt tell me about brushing my teeth though, do I just try to do it normally? how would I go about doing it?

Do any of you have any other tips on what I should/shouldnt do?

And dont brush the gums where they just came out. Brush your other teeth carefully.

I thought it was great the way i didnt feel anything!...*laughs* and when i had to go home, i couldnt even walk :p HA just watch how you brush your teeth, my dentist told me not to brush my teeth for 24 hours after....and YES salt water is a pain, but i did it all the time and i didnt get a dry socket.....either way good luck with all of the wisdom teeth-less-ness... :D and yes i am a moron... ^-^

That's a good idea, although I'd horde them all! Muahahaha!

All four of my wisdom teeth are impacted, and have to come out eventually. :(
