they got a couple in my area too, apparently they thought that you can't be arrested for fraud on small dollar items across state lines. They racked up reported thefts in the ten's of thousands range. They said many probably did not come forward due to embarrassment.

May God strike down upon him with all his fury for stealing from his fellow man. Clearly, such degenerates need to be taught a lesson. May the Lord guide him to the right path, and let's him feel the love for Jesus.
