My annoyance meter just hit boiling.
What just happened;
- A user, an important user, just called my coworkers' number
- Coworker is long gone, so I pick it up
- She specifically asks for him (even though I am EVERY BIT as qualified as the other guy...and she KNOWS it), I inform her he's long gone.
- A long pause and then she asks me how familiar I am with the application she's having a problem with (which is usually no big deal, EXCEPT in this case it was phrased as if she EXPECTED me to say I know nothing...NASTY BITCH)
- I curtly say I know enough, she then proceeds to explain that no matter what she does in the app, she keeps getting the print screen.
- I go to her desk and IMMEDIATELY see that her notepad is sitting on her Ctrl key and she kept pressing the P key in the app.
I hope she feels REAL STUPID.
