We haven't gotten a raise here in 2 years. Nobody expected it again this year, then the administration sends out an email saying that we will but not saying how much. I finally got the letter today saying what my new salary is and it's ~7% I'm happy 😀

Chances are if you're in Huntsville you work for the gov, a contractor or UAH. 😛
