How many times are they going to use the word 'Die' for James Bond movie titles?
Live and Let Die
Tomorrow never Dies
Die Another Day

I predict the next Bond movie after this one will have either the word 'Kill' or 'Gold' in it.
Or both...
'No Time to Die,' the new James Bond film, is delayed once again

now oct 8,2021

orig was 4/10/20 then 4/2/21

sean connery is still alive at age 90

Saw this and had to post...RIP James.

I read something back in the dinosaur age that when Sir Ian Fleming was approached about making the Bond movies, he wanted Roger Moore for the part...but he was locked up with "The Saint" and couldn't do them at the time. Apparently that's just some kind of urban legend...too bad. I liked Roger Moore...the oldest Bond.
I actually kind of like the "rough around the edges" Bond as portrayed by Craig. I've seen talk about him being replaced by Idris Elba. I think that might be a good fit as well.

Cary Grant might have influenced the movies.

I'm shocked that no one has leaked the movie yet.

Considering the use of actual film is almost non existent these days a digital file is just waiting to be copied.

just as a reminder about this movie:
in the previous movie, James Bond (Daniel Craig) told M he's quitting as 007.
a woman (Lashana Lynch) is now 007 and working along side James Bond in this caper.

she takes on the torch moving forward.

so no more James Bond in future 007 movies???
Will they kill off James bond in this movie?

In the current "woke" age, it was bound to happen.

Kinda weird for a 'final trailer' to have so much archive footage in.
Looks like bringing it all to an end of sort..

Until Daniel Craig is offered another doubled pay day... Few months ago, I looked up Daniel Craig's payday from his Bond movies. I could see why he kept coming back after repeatedly saying he won't.

Casino Royale - $3M~

QoS $5-6M

Skyfall $12M

Spectre $25M

No time to die $25M

LOL

What's wrong with her vs Adele or whoever sang under Daniel Craig?
It's one of those rare things that happen to one person. Her "sound" or timbre is....perfectly revolting to me. Like it's everything my body(ears) does not want to hear. Even singers that sing a similar style to her, I can tolerate more.

It's not like I'm tied to a genre of music. I've got a Beethoven/Mozart style love on one hand. I certainly hold Mariah Carey in high regard. I've got some video game music I like. I like Max Martin's body of work(which includes the hits of Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, etc). JoJo is also in the "sacred" tier of artists.

the fuck, why though?

I have your same taste, pretty much...but can appreciate what a lot of these people can do with their instrument, even if it isn't my thing. Not that we're comparing these, but for me I would take Adele 98% of the day and 2% would be Mariah Carey, with those names being tossed about. Mariah Carey has range...but I've rarely heard her sing a song that I want to hear, being sung by her, despite her obvious talent.

Adele, I want to hear her sing. Period. I want to just sit there and listen and whatever's happening I want to hear it.

It isn't the same with someone like Lorde or Billie Ilish or whatever we're talking about, but I get it--certainly more than I do if I heard someone that was into the same thing with Mariah. I dunno, that makes sense to me, lol.

Well worth it...movie was absolutely fantastic. One of those "I'll never forget it" movies.

I loved this flick. It was so good. I also learned that this one here had been stealthily accumulating some great roles in years, that I never realized was her/the same actress, until looking her up for Knives Out:
