So i have this package that suppose to deliver to me today via FedEx Ground.

It's suppose to deliver to me, "MingChia Teng". So i waited all day today, nothing except an UPS package.
Then i went to track the package on FedEx homepage.

Here is what i got......

IT WAS DELIVERED to somewhere else, well same city(Lincoln) but not my place. Apparently a guy named "LKUCERA" received the package.

Now what?
What should i do...?

By the way, i ordered from EMSComputer.com and i double-check the Invoice that EMS sent me, the billing and shipping address is indeed my address. Now how did it go to somewhere else, i have no idea. 🙁

UPDATE :
Sunday 7/14 : Today i woke up around 2pm, and there was a package sitting in front of my door. Someone must had left it there. Who? I have no idea. Somebody could have just grab it and gone.
But the speakers works fine! 😀

go to LKuchera's house, beat the crap out of him for taking your package, retrieve your package and a few "parting gifts" for your troubles.
 
Those 2 Kuceras that you found live at same address.

They are 5 miles from my place.

I noticed that after I posted as well. The phone number is there too....

Why don't you call them tomorrow and say your from Fedex, calling about a package that was delivered to them yesterday that was supposed to go to 'MingChia' and you'd like to come and pick it up to make the proper delivery. That should atleast tell you if they have it.

If they do, tell them someone will be coming by to get, then go get it and take astriy's advice. 😀

/edit2...this is if you get nowhere from fedex too, they should rectify the situation...but if they don't take the law into your own hands 😀
 
I'm going to FedEx tomorrow at 8:30am. Hope i could get my package back.

I'm not sure how would they trace my package back.

Is fedex keep track of the REAL address the package went? I know it sounds funny, but if all they have in the database is my address, how are they going to retrieve my stuff back?

well, they know they gave it to this other guy, so i think they could see that the delivery name, and the guy who signed for it/they gav eit to dont have the same name.

One thing though, i was tracking my package yesterday, it was on its way. Then when i checked it again today, it's DELIVERED.

well, they know they gave it to this other guy, so i think they could see that the delivery name, and the guy who signed for it/they gav eit to dont have the same name.

Yea, they can tell that they gave it to the wrong person. But could they find out where exactly is that person? Unless the Driver could remember where he went today. (Provided it's the driver that went to the wrong address)
But again, the driver must had sent 987987249 packages today. Doubt he will remember. 🙁

He might. He can reference his delivery log that everyone signs upon delivery and that can give him the route he traveled.
 
Well, turned out the station that i went to is an "AIR" station. There is another FedEx station that takes care of the Ground service, that not open on saturday. 🙁 I'll have to go there on monday.

I also called the 1800 number of FedEx. The customer service lady couldn't help much as all she knows is the package is delivered to "My address". But she will forward the problem to the particular Ground station that takes care of my package. They will do a follow-up and call me(hopefully).
