The initial plan was to catch fish in the ocean and then use the table to cut/clean (or, as some would say, "fillet") them.

But this is going to save me a ton of time. Table is already fish filled. Just need to figure out how to crack it open and reap the rewards.

Give a man a fish, and you'll feed him for a day. Give him a fish filled table, and you'll feed him for a year.

It has a faucet. No need to crack the table open. Turn on faucet, out comes the fish. Those clever Chinese thought of everything!

I think it was thoughtful of the manufacturer to include the mercury basin next to the knife holder.

The Chinese may be more technically advanced than I thought. That might be extracted mercury from the Chinese fish. I wonder how they did it...

You just flick the little balls off with the tip of the fillet knife.

So I looked up that model on Amazon. It says the thing that looks like metallic soap is an "odor removing bar". How does that work?

I've seen them before, but haven't read in depth, and am skeptical of their efficacy. One way it could work is as a catalyst, that takes the stink out of compounds.

silver.

it somehow removes the smelly molecules. You can actually wash your hands with a silver spoon (real silver), after chopping garlic. Chefs do this.

Apparently, the OP has no idea that something like this exists:

coffee_table_5.jpg

Now if they could fit that in a 1.5 inch thick box, I would truly be impressed by Chinese engineering. The fillet table is a gift for my dad, so I won't be opening the box. If it happens to shoot fish out of the faucet or turns out to be pre-loaded with 100 gallons of water and several goldfish, I will let everyone know.

BULLSHIT. My lawsuit for fraud in the inducement is being filed today. I expect my table to be fish filled. No way I'm spending the money on that myself.

The fishes are in the box, you just add water and they rehydrate. :awe:
