OGR Stats Problem - or a VERY large dump

Hi Guys,

Well, anyone looking at the OGR stats on Mikas will probably get the same shock I have just got. Apparently I have flushed 26.59 Quintillion
nodes today at an average of 456.86 Tn/s. Now, that's pretty impressive for a very small herd (10 ish PC's and one Mac on OGR).

Not sure what's happened there.

Not only that, but there are a lot of people missing! I was not on the first page last time I looked. I also had almost 10 teranodes.

So I guess that means Dougal stole my nodes! :Q

Edit: Doh! 😱 Those are the Weekstats, not the Fullstats. So I didn't lose anything. But the Dougal Effect is even more apparent in the fullstats! :Q

Dougal, you might want to contact Dnet about having some bad blocks come in, just in case their system doesn't catch them. Also, I'm probably going to have Brad remove the log entires for those blocks; it's cool to see you in 1st place, but it just trashes the comparative stats.😱
 
Hi Guys,

Well I'm still confused by what's happened here. Just checked on DNet and my stats for yesterday look OK. According to my mate who's running this mini herd the only machine dumped yesterday that's not been done for a couple of days was an Apple Mac so maybe there's a dodgy client. Will have a look.

Virge, looks like DNet have caught the bad blocks. I've got a screen shot for posterity so feel free to go ahead and ask Brad to do his bit with the logs. Can't have a problem trashing everybody elses stats, even though it does look very cool for me 🙂

I'll check the Mac client and see what the blocks per day look like since it was dumped and probably reinstall it for safety.
 
That's quite a large dump (i'm assuming)

Assuming it's stuffed up, let's hope it doesn't unfix, you guys will be cruzing now! 😛
 
Kind of a late reply, but... Yeah, I noticed this an hour after they came in. My guess is corrupted OGR stubs. A bunch of stubs came through with insane digits, with a couple of them ignored (8007 client). Once the day had closed, I could safely edit the proxy log file and alter the stub sizes. All is well on the stats side; Sorry Dougal. 🙂

No problems. Can't have screwey stats messing up everyone's placings, cool to be number one though it was 🙂))
